Terms of Service & Communications Consent Effective Date: June 1, 2025 | Loveland Roofing, Inc.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Loveland Roofing, Inc., a licensed California roofing contractor located at 1715 Newcastle Rd., Newcastle, CA 95658 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website at www.lovelandroofing.org, submitting any contact or lead form, requesting a free inspection or quote, or providing us with your personal information in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not submit personal information through our website. You may always contact us directly by calling or texting (916) 761-7455 or visiting our office in Newcastle, CA without triggering automated communications.
2. Information We Collect
When you request a roofing estimate, schedule a free 50-point inspection, or submit any inquiry through our website, we may collect the following: your full name, email address, home or service property address, phone number, property details (type, roof type, estimated square footage, nature of the project), communication preferences, transaction data, and records of correspondence with our company.
This information is collected solely to provide you with roofing services, follow up on your inquiry, schedule estimates and jobs, and communicate information relevant to your project.
3. SMS & Text Message Consent (A2P Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Loveland Roofing form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Loveland Roofing, Inc. at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on your estimate or inquiry, project status updates, promotional offers, and post-service satisfaction requests.
Message frequency varies. On average, you may receive 1–2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase. You may always contact us at (916) 761-7455 without opting into our text message program.
4. Phone & Autodialed Calling Consent
By submitting your phone number through any form on our website, you authorize Loveland Roofing, Inc. and its representatives to contact you by telephone regarding your inquiry. This may include live calls from our team, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and calls made using automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS) where permitted by law. Calls are generally made Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 10am–12pm Pacific Time.

5. Email Communications Consent
By submitting your email address through our website or any Loveland Roofing form, you consent to receive email communications from us. 8. Opt-Out & Revocation of Consent

Email: Click Unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email info@lovelandroofing.org with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Requests are processed within 10 business days.
Phone: Inform the caller you wish to be added to our Do Not Call list, or send a written request to info@lovelandroofing.org or 1715 Newcastle Rd., Newcastle, CA 95658. All requests are processed within 30 days.
Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages related to an active project or contractual obligation with us.
9. Data Retention
We retain lead and inquiry records for up to 3 years, customer and project records for up to 7 years, financial records as required by law (typically 7 years), and SMS/call consent records for the duration of the customer relationship plus 4 years for TCPA compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loveland Roofing, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or receipt of our communications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Placer County, California. California residents may also report complaints to the California Department of Consumer Affairs at (800) 952-5210.
