OUR MISSION:Company History
It all started long ago in the year of 1982 with a man named Mike Loveland. As a young man in his 20’s Mike began the trade of roofing in Los Angeles, California while working for a close family friend. It was here that he developed his skills and abilities in construction. Mike and his sweet wife Lynette were only newlyweds at this time in L.A. while Mike continued to work in the roofing construction industry. After a few years of experience, Mike realized that he could make a name for himself as a roofing contractor and start his own company.
After moving to Northern California, and with a baby on the way, Mike & Lynette settled down in the small town of Newcastle where Mike officially started the company “Loveland Roofing” in 1989. (Lic# 560932).
Since then, the company of Loveland Roofing has grown to become a well-respected name in the greater Sacramento community through servicing over 20,000 happy customers. We have now reached 40 years of experience and still counting…

Our family business has been invested in the community of the greater Sacramento area for over 40 years.
We enjoy serving our fellow neighbors in order to keep their homes safe and dry. Some of our community service activities include:
- Installing a new roof free of charge for the Habitat for Humanity charity.
- Making many charitable donations to local non-profit organizations and first responders.
Our company is founded on wholesome family values, and we aim to make the customer our highest priority. We try our hardest to live the “Golden Rule” and treat others with the same respect and dignity that we would like to be treated.
